We brought back this heirloom kale from Northern Italy in 2019. It's similar to the more famous Cavolo Nero AKA lacinato. But we find it so much more tender and very flavorful, but mild - even in the heat of summer! We're so excited to be growing it for eating this year, and next year we'll produce seed from the best plants.
